I guess you could say I am a closet-cook, I really love cooking (especially for people who enjoy my food) but I can never arrange a decent photo-shoot to document my cooking.. This healthy turkey patty recipe is really similar to my crab cakes mainly because the way I prepare them is the same.
I didn't take a photograph of the spices and seasonings I used which are: salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, fresh garlic, and garlic powder. I also like to add a little bit of panko and this Korean batter powder to make sure the ingredients stick better together and fry to a golden brown! I also always use olive oil when I cook because I figured it's a healthier alternative to other types of cooking oils..
I'm not here to give anyone a cooking lesson, but I just want to share photos of some of the things I make when I have time :)
