Tutorial: Simple & Neutral Eye Look, Perfect for Any Bold Lips!

Today I wanted to share this really simple, neutral eye look I've been going for a lot lately because I wanted to emphasize bold lip colors without looking too dramatic or over the top for class. I think it's a really clean look that helps you look put together, a makeup look that doesn't look too much (minus my signature winged eyeliner).
